Shirley Coppet is a proud, retired U.S. Army veteran and local artist currently working in Hinesville, Georgia. She began her journey into the world of contemporary abstract less than five years ago, pushing the boundaries of her creative talents with strong conviction and belief, that there are no limits to what one can release through a canvas. She is a brave, creative soul that also believes art has the power to warm the heart, and change one’s own outlook. As a self-taught artist not bound by any rules, she creates though simplicity, with a love of music and appreciation of peace of mind.
