Rosa Maria Olortegui Health and Wellbeing Coach

• Approximately an hour 6pm-7pm EST every Thursday.
• Free option for discussions.
• We ’ll select 3 inspired creations of wellness teas and/or tisanes to sample while paired with a vegan and/or gluten free dessert.
• You’ll receive 2 ounces of loose tea to take home to start “Living Life To The Tea!”
• Tea and Tisanes health discussions with Wayne.
• Discuss your goals with our partner wellness coach Rosa.
• Topics ranging from nutrition, aging, physical and mental health, meditation to story of life’s journeys.
• Opportunities to work one on one (Virtually available as well) with a coach to improve your well being.
• Introduce supported resources to assist in overcoming obstacles while maintaining healthy habits for life and lifestyles.
• Occasional Guest speakers.
• Able to join our wellbeing club where you receive monthly wellness tea, tisanes, 18oz travelers mug and purchase discounts.
