Oolong Tea
Oolong (Wulong) teas are leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. Generally picked and go through a semi fermentation/oxidization. When no blends nor scents are added the flavor characteristics can vary as sweet, fruity, honey, woody, roast and peachy. Generally 37-55 milligrams of caffeine per 6-8oz cup.
