Traditionally it was buried in the soil to develop the desired taste. Nobody would have thought that this would develop into an industrial scale production, not to mention an organic version. Thanks to special techniques and the high demand, this is now possible.
Black tea from organic cultivation
Use 1tsp. per 6-8 oz cup; heat fresh water to a roaring boil; let steep for 3-5 mins. 4oz make 45-55 cups of tea.
