Pu Erh Tea
Pu-erh tea is one of the most popular drinks in China. Naturally rich in antioxidants and vitamins, it's a dark tea that's earthy yet sweet, with a smooth finish. Centuries ago, Pu’Erh was reserved for the privilege Chinese. This tea is re-hydrated after fermentation in order to enable a second fermentation, leading to Pu’Erh to be called post fermented teas. After production, these teas are traditionally buried in the soil to develop the desired taste. Now enjoyed all over the continent in many flavorful blends.
